Delaware County Council Vice Chairman Mario J. Civera, (left) a U.S. Air Force veteran, is the first to get a Delaware County Veterans photo identification card through a new program being offered by the County Department of Veterans Affairs and the Recorder of Deeds. Councilman Civera is being photographed by Melissa Steinhauer of Drexel Hill, a cashier in the Recorder of Deeds, as Thomas Judge Sr., Recorder of Deeds, oversees the process. Judge, a U.S. Army veteran, also received his veterans photo ID card.
