Pete Peterson promoted to Vice President of Bellevue Communications Group
Bellevue Communications Group announced today that Pete Peterson has been promoted to Vice President of the Philadelphia-based public relations firm. In his new role, Peterson will focus on new business development for Bellevue while continuing to work with his current roster of clients.
“Pete Peterson has been a mainstay of Bellevue Communications Group for 12 years, and during that time he has consistently served clients with skill and professionalism,” said Bellevue President Kevin Feeley. “What’s more, Pete has taken an increasingly important role in developing new business for Bellevue, landing five new clients for the firm in the last year alone. It is with great pleasure that we announce this well-deserved promotion.”
Pete has more than 18 years of public relations and political experience. A former press secretary for a Member of Congress, Pete specializes in public policy issues for Bellevue, representing a variety of non-profit, governmental, association, and business clients.
His current clients include the Pennsylvania Equine Coalition, the Pennsylvania Convention Center, the Philadelphia School Partnership, NMS Labs, and Neumann University. Pete has also served as a public relations consultant for numerous members of the legislature, including Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi, Senator Bob Mensch, House Appropriations Chairman Bill Adolph, Rep. Tom Killion, Rep. Joe Hackett, Rep. Nick Micozzie, and others.
Pete holds dual degrees in communications and political science from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Springfield, Delaware County with his family.
