- Why Go: Come celebrate the vibrancy and hometown pride of Middletown Township at the 18th Annual Community Day. Enjoy games, food and fun for every age.

- When/Where: Saturday, May 12, at 6 p.m. in downtown Media
- Why Go: Stroll. Eat. Dance. Sing. Shop. Laugh. Enjoy!

Girls' Night Out at Salsa in the Suburbs
- When/Where: Friday, May 11 at 7 p.m., at Salsa in the Suburbs, 1245 N Providence Rd, Media
- Why Go: Pick from a variety of dance class options and enjoy complimentary refreshments/BYOB and a night of pampering.
- Cost: $30 in advance, $35 at the door
Spring Carnival at the Granite Run Mall
- When/Where: May 9 through 13, Granite Run Mall parking lot, 1067 W Baltimore Pike
- Why Go: Enjoy amusements, food and excitment at the Spring Carnival
- Cost: $25 for all you can ride
Burlap and Bean: Drew Gibson with Caleb Spaulding
- When/Where: Saturday, May 12, at 7:30 p.m. at Burlap and Bean, 204 S Newtown Street Rd in Newtown Square
- Why Go: Enjoy Drew Gibson's guitar finger-picking ability reminiscent of the blues greats Mississippi John Hurt and Gary Davis, as well as his heartfelt lyrical and songwriting style. Caleb Spaulding will be opening.

Also on Saturday May 12th from 3 - 7 PM (rain or shine), Rose Tree Elementary on First Ave will hold it's 59th annual Strawberry Festival behind the school. Come out to support your local Blue Ribbon winning school.
