This weekend Patch offers something for everyone. Kick off the weekend with breakfast and some movies during the annual Syrup Celebration and the Media Film Festival. This will be the last weekend to catch the Media Theater’s performance of ‘Wings’ benefitting the American Stroke Association. The Main Line Bridal Show is Saturday only, but you’ll have all four days to check out the Suburban Home & Garden Show at Oaks. End the weekend with a musical interlude and a performance by Delaware County’s Symphony at Neumann University.
1. Media Film Festival
When/Where: Thursday, Feb. 23, Friday, Feb. 24 and Saturday, Feb. 25, from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Media Community Center at 3rd & Monroe.
Why Go: This weekend is filled with cinematic excitement as the area welcomes back the Media Film Festival. There will be three days and nights of workshops, films and fun, including an awards ceremony and afterparty at La Belle Epoque Wine Bistro.

2. Pancake Breakfast & Maple Syrup Celebration
When/Where: Saturday, Feb, 25, from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Tyler Arboretum, 515 Painter Rd, Media, PA 19063.
Why Go: Join in the annual, outdoor, sugary celebration and learn how sap is turned into syrup. Tap a tree yourself and then enjoy an all you can eat pancakes and sausage breakfast with a hot cup of coffee or cocoa.

3. Last Chance for ‘Wings’ at the Media Theatre
When/Where: Friday, Feb. 24, at 8 p.m., Saturday Feb. 25 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 26, at 3 p.m. at Media Theatre, 104 E. State St. in Media
Why Go: See the Theatre's final productions of Wings and support the American Stroke Association as 20 percent of proceeds benefit the Association. Snacks, socializing, educational materials and prizes will also be offered.

4. Main Line Bridal Event

5. Suburban Home and Garden Show
When/Where: Friday, Feb. 24, 12 p.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday Feb. 25, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 26, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks, 1601 Egypt Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
Why Go: Find decorating and remodeling deals and ideas, speak with experts and compare products all weekend long at the Suburban Home and Garden Show.

6. Beethoven’s Piano Concerto
When/Where: Sunday, Feb. 26, at 3 p.m. in the Meagher Theatre of the Thomas A. Bruder, Jr. Life Center at Neumann University.
Why Go: Hear The Delaware County Symphony perform Ludwig Van Beethoven’s "Piano Concerto No. 1 in C Major" featuring pianist Marcantonio Barone. Before the show, guests are invited to a free, pre-concert presentation from 2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the McNichol Room.
