Thank you for brining back the "Hot Dog Chef" posting...I needed a good giggle today.
"'Some' experience required - meaning you can follow my recipes / chop onions / cook hotdogs / and are extremely comfortable with fast pace and high volume!
Not looking for a been there/done that "primadonna" type cook -- if you can't take direction -- DON'T APPLY!
First timers / new "Food-graduates" - - PLEASE Apply! Much rather work with a newbie (MY WAY) versus trying to break bad habits of a Food-Veteran!!"
