I enjoyed the events today along with Patch's coverage. It was nice to see a large turnout despite the chilly weather.
It was difficult to watch some veterans turn their back on Vice President Biden while he spoke. However, today is their day and it is their right to do so. They have done more to earn that right than I have.
Thanks to all the veterans. Even if we disagree, I respect your service and dedication to your country
