Over $900 in Items Stolen from Sears, Police Say

Also, a cell phone was stolen from a locker at Rocky Run YMCA, police say.

Retail TheftSears at the Granite Run Mall at about 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 21. A 33-year-old Clifton Heights woman attempted to conceal and leave the store with several pieces of merchandise, according to State Police. All of the items, with a total value of $710.91, were recovered, according to State Police. Charges were filed in District Court 32-2-48.

Retail Theft—Sears at the Granite Run Mall at about 6:05 p.m. on Feb. 19. A 53-year-old Chester County woman allegedly removed seven items of clothing and accessories, valued at $237.99, and left the store without paying, according to State Police.

Theft by Unlawful TakingRocky Run YMCA at about 6:40 p.m. on Feb. 19. A Chester Heights juvenile stole an iPhone 4S from an unsecured locker, according to State Police. The phone was recovered when the juvenile was found in possession of it, according to State Police.
