Police, Medical Examiner Respond to Rose Tree Park
Reports were received around 10:50 p.m. on Nov. 21 about an incident reported at Rose Tree Park in Upper Providence Township.
Police and the Delaware County medical examiner responded to at about 10:50 p.m. Monday.
Police would not confirm with Media Patch what happened at the county-owned park and referred inquiries to county offices.
A green, Dodge pick-up truck was parked on a small interior roadway to the left of the main entrance of the park. Police were investigating the truck and it was later towed from the scene.

Most of the police activity however was a few yards in front of the truck, down a small roadway in a grassy area.
The medial examiner was on the scene for about an hour.

Upper Providence police, Delaware County Park police, Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division, and Media Fire Co. responded to the scene.
