This Jack Russell, Beagle blend named Ringo Starr is full of energy. He needs lots of walks and play time and would do well in a house with no other animals or older children. Ringo Starr will play all day but he still wants to cuddle on your lap, too. He will wag his tail all day long for you. Ringo Starr is available for adoption at the Delaware County SPCA.
