There isn't always time to sit down and read the news. So in case you missed any of the week's stories, here's a look at what happened in the greater Media area over the course of the week.

There was a police pursuit following a burglary in Middletown and we told you how it resulted in a car crash on Route 352. Formal murder charges were filed a against a mother and son who are accused of killing the family's patriarch in 2008. Two new restaurants, Spasso and Diego's, opened up on State Street. Mother of Providence Regional Catholic School selected a new principal despite low enrollment so far.
