Widow Accused of Killing Husband in 2008 Remanded to Delco Prison

The woman accused of conspiring with her son to kill her husband in 2008 was recently transported back to Pennsylvania.

 

The woman accused of conspiring with her son to kill her husband in 2008 and who was arrested in Delaware recently was transported back to Pennsylvania.

Bhavnaben Ingle, 52, was taken into custody by Delaware State Police as she left work on Feb. 2 and charged as a fugitive from justice in Delaware, according to State Police. She was transported to Pennsylvania and remanded to Delaware County Prison without bail, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 9.

Bhavnaben Ingle and her son, Parth Ingle, face charges of first-degree murder in connection with the killing of Arunkumar Ingle, 55, in his Middletown home in 2008, according to Pennsylvania State Police-Media Barracks. 

Parth Ingle's preliminary hearing has been postponed and rescheduled several times. The next scheduled date for the preliminary hearing is Feb. 29. His bail was denied and he is currently in Delaware County Prison, according to court documents.
