You've met him as the head chocolatier, now get to know him as the owner below. Name: Randy Bevan Owner of: Bevan's Own Make Candy — Originally owned by Bevan's grandparents Marty and Virginia Bevan who handed the shop down to Bevan's parents Skip and Barb Bevan. Year Established: November 1959 How Long He's Been There: His whole life. He actually grew up in the building. Bevan's candy shop is where his basement was located. Delaware County properties will be on the block for the monthly sheriff's sale Friday.
More than 144 properties are on the list for Friday's Delaware County sheriff's sale. However, many on the list have been postponed and some were settled, leaving about 127 properties on the block. There are zero properties listed within Media Patch. However, there are a few properties in Media Patch that have been continued to Friday's sheriff's sale: Sales start at 11 a.m. in the County Council Meeting Room on the first floor of the Government Center Building, Delaware County Court House, Front St. & Veterans Square in Media. There is a minimum total bid amount that must be exceeded for each property to sell.
