A Middletown Township man was recently charged in connection with hiding evidence and receiving stolen property allegedly involved with a Lancaster County homicide, according to State Police-Media Barracks. Emlyn Lucas Jones, 24, was charged with felony counts of aiding consummation of crime, hindering apprehension or prosecution and receiving stolen property on May 20. The former Springton Lake Middle School principal who was charged with possession of child pornography in March after an investigation by the U.S. Postal Service pleaded guilty Friday. Troy Czukoski, 42, of Exton, pleaded guilty to possessing more than 150, but fewer than 300, images of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct, according to the United States Attorney's Office. A 65-year-old Media man, who was indicted in April on charges of sexually abusing four children in 1981 when he was a youth camp counselor in Massachusetts, has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Richard P. Smith was indicted by a Barnstable County, Mass. Media Police were dispatched to the CVS at 295 E. Baltimore Ave. at about 10:16 a.m. on May 3 for a report of a theft, according to Media Police Chief Martin Wusinich. A CVS manager told police that a man has been passing counterfeit bills at several CVS locations and the store was notified by its bank that one of the deposits contained a $50 bill that had been bleached and reprinted, according to Wusinich. Media Police have made a second arrest in connection with an armed robbery on Easter Sunday.
