Girls in Gloves is a program for girls ages 13 to 18 that will help to build confidence and balance while providing girls with healthy ways to handle emotion and stress. Boxing workouts increase endurance and empower young women.
Session is 8 weeks long, with the option to attend once or twice per week. Sessions are held on Wednesdays at 3:30pm and Saturdays at 11:00am.
