Located above the Media Wellness Center on State Road, Awaken Massage and Yoga offers professional yoga instruction and massage services in a relaxing environment. The studio provides clients with individual and group yoga sessions and workshops, as well as a variety of massage specialties, including couples massage, Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy and chair massages and group yoga sessions for corporate clients. Styles of yoga taught include Hatha, Gentle Hatha and Hatha Flow.
