The Weight Loss Challenge is a 12 Week class sponsored by Frooishuhn in Media. Every participant pays the $39 registration fee of which a portion of that goes into a payout pot. Each week the participants weigh in and are instructed in specific nutrition aspects. Our wellness coaches are trained and the curricum is based from the direction of our Nutrition MD's at UCLA. The goal is to make small changes in your overall diet and lifestyle to LOSE WEIGHT FOR THE LAST TIME!
Weight loss winners are paid from the pot based on percentage of body fat! In our Last class the payout was over $600 to the winners!! As a group over 216 inches of body fat were lost and over 180LBS!! That is LIFE CHANGING!!
