Coldwell Banker Preferred Announces Launch of Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares Charitable Foundation and Donation Drive

Regina Coia, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is proud to announce the formation of Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares, the new charitable arm of Coldwell Banker Preferred in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares’ primary purpose is to provide financial assistance to charitable causes in the communities where Coldwell Banker Preferred has a presence including Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. Funds will be raised through employee and affiliated agent donations and fundraising efforts.

For its inaugural year, Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares has chosen to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Philadelphia Region, Inc. (RMHC). The RMCH provides a number of services to families and children in need such as the Ronald McDonald House program which provides a home-away-from-home for families so they can stay close by their hospitalized child at little or no cost.

As its first act of outreach, Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares is holding a donation drive for its partner, the RMHC. Now through December 13th, it will be accepting donations at its Media branch office, located at 609 E Baltimore Pike, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office can be reached at 610-566-1100.

The RMHC provided wish lists detailing the most-needed items: the Holiday Toy Wish List includes suggestions based on age range; the Pantry Wish List details food items; and the General Wish List includes SEPTA tokens, DVDs, bed sheets and gift cards.

Coldwell Banker Preferred Cares is the Greater Philadelphia chapter of the Realogy Charitable Foundation. Coldwell Banker Preferred has nine offices and a sales force of more than 500 sales associates and staff serving the communities of the Greater Philadelphia area and the Delaware Valley, including northern Delaware and New Jersey. Coldwell Banker Preferred is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. For more information visit: www.CBpref.com.
