Cat Frank Sinatra has 'High Hopes' for Adoption

This black cat named Frank Sinatra has sleepy green eyes. He is a charming cat just like his namesake and has a look about it that says he is in charge. He loves to be pet and play. Frankie is available for adoption for at the Delco SPCA.

UPDATE: Cat Trooper and hound puppies, recently featured on Patch, have been adopted. But Cat Nellie is still waiting for a forever.
