Adoption specials for the Delaware County SPCA's 'Wizard of Oz' friends.
The Delaware County SPCA is running an adoption special that revolves around “The Wizard of Oz’s” 74th anniversary, this month.
Dogs with movie-themed names are just $20.13 while the special lasts, through Aug. 18. Kittens, aka The Munchkins, are just a $15 adoption fee. Cats are just $5.
