Friday Night Live Concert Series

The fall season of Community Arts Center’s Friday Night Live Concert Series opens September 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the Duke Gallery, 414 Plush Mill Road in Wallingford.  This new monthly event, that brings together live music and live art, began last winter and has quickly become an Arts Center favorite.   September’s music/art experience features the eclectic acoustic music of the Jake L’Armand/Brian Kors Duo and the Eastern Mediterranean World Fusion music of Animus.   During the performances, featured artists Sally Paynter, Austin Dodson, Paul Downie, Bob Deane, and Drew Arata will create visual art that is inspired by and responds to the music.
