Get Out: Garage Sale Days, 2nd Saturday, Free Market

What's going on in and around Media Patch this weekend.

We may be coming into the Fall season but this weekend is all about spring cleaning and bargains. Head out to the giant garage sale days this weekend and find those random treasures that your neighbors no longer want. Media Borough residents will open up their attics and garages for a borough-wide garage sale run by the borough's Parks and Recreation Department. If you're someone who is selling their goods during the garage sale and you happen to have a few items still sitting on your table come Sunday, bring it to Media's First Free Market, sponsored by . Share, give and take at this market where everything is free. And if you're tried of shopping for bargains don't forget to swing by the 2nd Saturday Arts Stroll and take in some art and music. 2nd Saturday will also include an afternoon concert in Glen Providence Park this month. So there's something for everyone this weekend.
