I'm a hesitant to write a comment about Desert Rose because I live in Media and this is a GEM in the sea of mediocre and over-priced restaurants to choose from... I was hoping I could keep this place all to myself. BUT, I want them to do well and stay forever so here we go: Homemade EVERYTHING. They get all their ingredients straight from the chef's father-in-love who lives in Israel and ships the stuff over to them. They make their own pitas, for pete's sake. If you've never had a homemade pita, you haven't lived! On top of it, everything is so reasonably priced. You can get a big old sandwich or salad for under 8 bucks. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Before you go to the same boring place in Media that you always go to... try Desert Rose instead. It won't disappoint.

Today was my first visit to Desert Rose and definitely will not be the last. I tried the Labaneh and it was amazing! The pita was the best pita I have ever had and everything was so fresh. I cannot wait to take my husband there. Check it out you will not be disappointed. Prices are extremely reasonable.
