The new Mexican restaurant setting up shop on State Street in the is projected to open in March.
A chef has been hired for the and renovations have been running smoothly, Owner Loic Barnieu—also chef and owner of and —says.
Barnieu says now that a chef, who hasn't yet left his Philadelphia restaurant job so his name was not yet been released, has been hired, they are currently working on the menu.
Painting and flooring should be finished up in the next few weeks and the major renovations should be completed in about two weeks, Barnieu says. Then it's on to the appliances and the details.
Barnieu says there's no solid opening date just yet but by the end of March, hopes to open its doors.
