Edgmont's Azie Southeast Closes

Azie Southeast, which recently opened in September in Edgmont Square Shopping Center, has closed.

Azie Southeast, which opened its doors in Edgmont Square Shopping Center just this September, is now closed.

Azie Southeast representatives have not been available for comment however, the restaurant's sign has been removed and the inside of the restaurant has been empty for more than a month.

Since late November, the restaurant has appeared to be closed.

Azie Southeast, which was formerly Sang Kee Noodle Bowl, had been revamped and updated by its same owners, Win Signature Restaurants in late August and reopened in September.

There is no word as to why the restaurant closed after only being open for about two months.

Prior to Sang Kee, Win Signature Restaurant opened Parker's Prime at the same location and also with little success.

Win Signature Restaurants also owns and operates Azie in Media and Villanova, as well as Mixx in Villanova, Teikoku in Newtown Square and Mikado Thai Pepper in Ardmore.
