Farmer's Market Finds for Nov. 3
On Thursday, Nov. 17, the 2011 season of the Media Farmer's Market will end. Until then, local fare will be sold every Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7p.m., in the parking lot of the Media Theatre.
Fear not, farmer's market supporters—Mother Nature's bit of wintry mischief over the weekend didn't take many edible casualtlies. Local vegetables and fruits will have a large presence at this week's market, despite last week's snow. Besides produce, there will be meats, cheeses, breads, soups, pumpkin ice cream, and more. Check out the list below.
