Here's what one Patch reviewer has said about our local orchard.

"Linvilla has been our family tradition since 1975. Two October birthdays and lots of entertainment at Pumkinland. Summer time memories of sitting on the grass and watching my children look at the animals and climbing the tractors etc. have helped to teach kindness to others through sharing and kindness towards animals, and appreciation for the outdoors. Thanks for rebuilding and expanding. Wow and they now have an expanded array of baked goods and homemade soups to die for.  --Thank you from The Trullinger Family"

Here's what reviewers have said about Linvilla on Yelp.com.

"I make it a priority to come here in the fall and drink as much apple cider as my body can handle." -Laura J., Philadelphia

"If you are expecting a family farm atmosphere, this is definitely not the place to go. The whole farm is very commercialized with the giant farmer's market and garden store." -Jane Z., Philadelphia

"Stopped in to pick our own apples. Great selection and a good time. Also got some goodies from their store. The orchard is large and sells all type of items. A bit on the pricey side for a farm/pick-your-own but well kept and enough staff to help and keep things moving. Makes for a fun trip." -Love N., New York

"I headed to Linvilla Orchards last weekend with my mom. Yes, I'm 25 years old. And yes, my mom is even older. But we ended up having a blast." -Lisa S., Thornton, Pa.

Linvilla is a wonderful family destination. We love it! You simply can't go wrong with getting outdoors and closer to nature and the source of the food you eat. Everything is well organized and well run, so you will feel safe and comfortable, and the food tastes great!

Here are the reasons we love Linvilla and visit nearly every week: 1) No entry fee! (So if our toddlers lose their minds, we can politely pack it up and try again another day!) 2) Reasonably priced and delicious produce (free hayride to pick it yourself - or just wander through the shop!) 3) Awesome playground with reasonable $1 suggested donation/child! 4) Happy, healthy farm animals and deer who will eat out of your hands gently (this NEVER gets old for our little ones)! 5) Very down to earth (i.e. not terrifying) Halloween display! 6) Everyone there always seems relaxed & happy! Not just the employees - EVERYONE! I don't think it's possible to visit Linvilla without the weight of the world somehow disappearing for the length of the trip! (And since there's no entry fee - there is no pressure to "tough it out" - so tired children are taken home expediently!) Truly, it is the greatest place on earth!!!!!!!
