Williamson Trade School to Speak at Middletown Business Association Meeting

A long time Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades service director and class advisor will speak at the monthly Middletown Township Business and Professional Association's meeting.

The Middletown Township Business and Professional Association’s (MTBPA) will host its monthly meeting at the Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades.  This is an annual event that is especially enjoyed by members.

The breakfast will be held at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14 at the , 106 S. New Middletown Road, Media, PA 19063.

Members and the general public are welcome. Cost for the breakfast is $15 for both members and non-members.

The speaker will be Williamson’s Food Service Director Tim Burbage, who will speak on his profession and role as the advisor for all of the school classes. As the class advisor, Burbage, who began his Williamson career in 1986, has encouraged students to take on various fundraising projects in order to cover class expenses. Additionally, he has driven students to participate in the community by spearheading events like the Walk for Life. He has taken Williamson students to levels of service within and outside of Williamson that were unheard-of before he began. Burbage previously worked for Aramark and has served on the board of the MTBPA.

The Middletown Township Business and Professional Association was founded in 1968 to bring together members of the business community. The Association provides members with a forum to deal with issues affecting Middletown Township and enhances the relationship between members and the residents of the township.
