Alliance Bank Gives Thanks to Veterans; Alliance CEO Presents Donation to VFW Post #7390

As Thanksgiving approaches, Alliance Bank President and CEO Dennis Cirucci presented a check to Broomall, PA Post #7390 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars following the Bank’s first annual Buddy Poppy campaign at all eight Alliance Bank branches in Delaware and Chester Counties.

Mr. Cirucci reports that the Bank branches collected $1,150 in Buddy Poppy sales during the Veterans Day campaign; the bank matched donations with a check in the amount of $2,300 to Broomall, PA Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #7390.

“We are thankful to all our customers who supported the effort to assist our local veterans. Alliance Bank is proud to make a matching donation to the VFW to thank our veterans during this Thanksgiving season and support their on-going programs for those who have served,” said Cirucci.  

VFW Post #7390 presented Mr. Cirucci and Alliance Bank a plaque of appreciation for the donation and for leading the campaign. Hundreds of Alliance Bank customers made donations to the Buddy Poppy Campaign at Alliance Bank branches from November 1-15 to honor Veterans Day and in support of the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization and assistance programs.
