Media Patch's Top 2012 News Stories

Check out Media Patch's Top 20 news stories from 2012.

Media Patch's most-read stories of 2012 reflect tragedy, new business and Hurricane Sandy.

The top story of 2012 was the announcement of a federal investigation of Springton Lake Middle School's principal. Readers speculated why he is being investigated but as we enter 2013 we still don't know the answer. The opening of My Three Sons Hot Dogs was a very close second, for the most-read stories of 2012, in fact only slightly shy of hitting the No. 1 spot. Sadly, we also had several tragic deaths and accidents this year and they too were largely read on Media Patch.

Below is a list of Media Patch's Top 20 most-read stories from 2012.
