Trash Collection for Memorial Day
Some Media Patch municipalities will see a trash collection change during the Memorial Day holiday.
Media Patch municipal buildings will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 21.
Below is a trash and recyclable pick-up schedule for area municipalities over the Memorial Day holiday:
Edgmont Township—Administrative offices will be closed on Monday. Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private hauler.

Media Borough—Administrative offices will be closed on Monday. Trash and recycling that is normally collected on Monday will instead be collected on Tuesday. Normal Tuesday collections will instead be collected on Wednesday, May 29.
Middletown Township—Administrative offices will be closed Monday. Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private hauler. The regular area recycling collection days will continue as normal.

Upper Providence Township—Administrative offices will be closed Monday. Trash and recycling will NOT be picked up on Tuesday, May 21 or Monday, May 27. Residents must wait for their next scheduled trash and recycling day for pick up.
