Power Outages

In Delaware County, between 5,000-10,000 customers were without power, as of 11 p.m. Wednesday. Many customers' power was restored over night but Middletown Township still has the most significant number of outages in our area with between 501-1,500 outages as of 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Recycling Pick Up and Yard Waste Collection

Township recycling services are aware of the road closures and working around them as much as possible to maintain the normal schedule. Follow your regular schedule but if your recycling is not picked up please wait until the next scheduled pick up.

The next yard waste collection is Nov. 21. An additional yard waste date is being considered and if one is scheduled, there will be an announcement on the township website and community bulletin board.

Halloween Trick-or-Treating

The township is leaving the decision up to individual neighborhoods. Stay safe and use common sense.
