There isn't always time to sit down and read the news. So in case you missed any of the week's stories, here's a look at what happened in the greater Media area over the course of the week.

We kept you updated on the Blue Ribbon Commission ordeal involving Nativity BVM School this week. The Archdiocese of Philadelphia decided to reverse the Commission's recommendation and granted St. John Chrysostom appeal to locate the regional school in Wallingford rather than Media. We told you about a merger within Middletown Township fire companies, as well. Lenni Heights and Lima fire companies are in talks to merge their departments. We also gave you the inside scoop on what to expect from the new Mediterranean restaurant, Desert Rose, said to open in early March.
