There isn't always time to sit down and read the news. So in case you missed any of the week's stories. Here's a look at what happened in the greater Media area over the course of the week. We listed the June real estate closures. Did you see how much "that" house sold for? State Police offered tips on how to avoid thefts from a vehicle after a rash of them hit the area recently. We spotlighted a contestant from Media who is preparing for the Delco Idol competition. We reminder county residents to get their dogs licensed since the state and county will be enforcement the law this month. The fine for an unlicensed dog can be as high as $300. PA Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement will be canvassing Delaware County during the month of July to ensure that residents' dogs are licensed, and the county will continue its work to educate residents on the importance of licensing dogs.
