There isn't always time to sit down and read the news. So in case you missed any of the week's stories. Here's a look at what happened in the greater Media area over the course of the week. Middletown Township Council approved plans for a new Chick-fil-A restaurant on Baltimore Pike, near Pennell Road. The Penncrest tennis team started its season. There was a small, dryer fire at a laundromat on State Road but no one was injured and there was little damage. The second-annual, countywide Hero Scholarship basketball game was held and players from all over hit the court.
