There isn't always time to sit down and read the news. So in case you missed any of the week's stories, here's a look at what happened in the greater Media area over the course of the week.

The greater Media area went back to school this week and we caught a few students ready for their first day. Penncrest football also started its season, although not with the best start. We also featured several 9/11 stories and videos in preparation for the 10th Anniversary on Sunday. We asked "Where you were on 9/11" and featured a Corvette that was painted like the American flad just days after the terrorist attacks.

A warm, sunny September day enabled a successful Fine Arts and Craft Festival in downtown Media. Many made their way to State Street for a casual stroll to see what artist's creations caught their eye.

Penncrest defeated 41-0 on the gridiron.
