What are the larger issues facing the municipality and how would you like to see them resolved?

Third Street Dam—We seek an amicable resolution that satisfies majority of residents.

Super Wawa—I favor allowing the plans to be approved by the council as the project makes its way through the proper channels rather than fast-tracking it to appease those who stand to benefit from it financially.

Would you welcome more transparency with the taxpayers? How could you make that possible?

I feel that Media’s governing process is extremely transparent. All council meetings are first held as an open workshop to allow feedback from residents. As a Democratic candidate I certainly plan to solicit as much feedback from residents as possible before making any decisions that would affect them.

If elected, what changes would you like to see in the municipality or what is working well and you'd like to continue?

I feel the current borough council has done and is doing an excellent job and Media is thriving as a result of their hard work. I as well as the other Democratic candidates plan to continue this success by working with the residents of the Media Borough.

Why should residents give you their vote?

My family and I are deeply entrenched in the wonderful community that is Media Borough, having lived here for more than 20 years. I plan to keep the governing process accessible and open to as many residents as possible. The Democratic candidates will lead Media Borough in a thoughtful, civil and respectful manner.  We will always have the residents’ best interests as our first priority.
