2nd Saturday Arts Stroll - Media Arts Council

On November 9th from 6-9pm local shops and

restaurants will feature a variety of performing and visual artists. At the

Franklin Mint (100 w. State St.) the Media Arts Council will host The John Byrne Band a beautiful blend of Celtic

and folk music from 7-8pm.

Each

2nd Saturday the MAC

features a musician, an artist, and a children’s activity. The featured artist

of the month, Jeanne Kirby Bruneau is known for her beautiful pastel

landscapes, painted en plein air. The Swarthmore


Presbyterian Nursery Day School is hosting a free string art project, “String


Hearts”, for children of all ages with photographer and teacher Emily Geddes.
