Fitness Tip of Week: "No Pain, No Gain" Really?!?

  The mantra of many of those who take their training seriously is "no pain, no gain" which contradicts progressive training on so many levels it's ridiculous. 
   Though you certainly do have to push yourself (which is all relative anyway) if you don't have planned, regular recovery and rest in your program you will eventually stagnate if not get injured first. 
  So train hard but train smart!
