"1st Annual Top Shelter Chef Contest"

This is a one-a-kind and fun event to raise funds to support Community Action Agency of Delaware County's shelters and its programs for those in need.

Five groups that serve dinners to homeless individuals will provide samples and vie to be the Top Shelter Chef.  The attendees will vote and decide the winner.
