Jean H. Scudder, of Middletown Township, died at 84. She was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and was an active member of Lemon Bat Garden Club and the Lemon Bat Playhouse.

Henry Lineinger Maxwell Sr., of Glen Mills and formerly of Wilmington, died at 88. 

John C. Vona, Sr., of Springfield and formerly of Chester, died suddenly at 47. Vona was a 1984 graduate of St. James High School and a 1999 graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. He was a Marine Corps Veteran.


Walter L. Kollar, Jr., of Newtown Square formerly of Springfield, died suddenly at 59. Kollar was a 1972 graduate of Springfield (DelCo) High School and a 1977 graduate of Villanova University. As a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Broomall, he served as an usher, Lay Assistant, and was Chairman of the Administrative Council.

Charles S. Lister, Jr., of Newtown Square and formerly of Lansdowne and Darby, died at 73. 

Amelia "Mimi" (Ezzio) Tedesco, of Broomall and formerly of South Philadelphia, died at 80. 

Albert E. Romel, of Newtown Square, died suddenly at 82.
