2nd Arrest Made in Armed Gas Station Robbery

Media Police arrested and charged a woman in connection with the Easter Sunday robbery.

Media Police have made a second arrest in connection with an armed robbery on Easter Sunday.

Jilly Tung, 22, of Media was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery and related charges in connection with a March 31 robbery at the Luk Oil Gas Station, at Baltimore Avenue and Providence Road in Media Borough, Media Police Chief Marty Wusinich said.

, theft and related offenses April 12.

Szegila waited in the store until other customers left, then approached the teller brandishing a knife, before fleeing the scene, according to Wusinich.

Tung waited across the street in a white 2012 Honda Accord and drove off with Szegila, following the robbery, according to Wusinich.

Both Szeliga and Tung are incarcerated at George Hill Correctional Facility. 

The Media Police Department released surveillance photos and a State Police-Media Barracks sketch of a man suspected in the armed robbery, as well as the suspected vehicle.
