Man Found at Bus Stop After Fleeing Police Custody
Also, several pieces of jewelry were stolen in a burglary, police say.

Burglary—Wyncroft Drive between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on March 20. Unknown persons smashed a window in the rear of the residence and gained entry to the house, according to State Police. Several articles of jewelry were stolen, according to the report.
Escape—Lima Detention Center on Route 352 at about 10:45 p.m. on March 20. A 19-year-old Philadelphia man was in a transport van from a placement in Western Pennsylvania and just prior to returning to Lima Detention Center, he fled from custody, according to State Police. The man was found at a Granite Run Mall bus stop, taken into custody and charged with escape in District Court 32-2-48, according to State Police.

Theft—US Area Maintenance Support in Edgmont Township between November 2012 and February 2013. Unknown persons stole two laptops from the facility, according to State Police.
