Media Police Seek Man Seen Masturbating in Car
The Media Police Department is investigating two incidents of a man openly masturbating in his vehicle in public.

A white man sitting in a mid to full size, black, sport utility vehicle was seen masturbating in public, according to Media Police.
The two incidents occurred on separate dates and times but within the last week, according to police.

A witness to one of the incidents said the vehicle’s Pennsylvania registration plate was a vanity tag, however, she was unsure of the exact spelling. The witness stated the tag was some abbreviated derivation of the word, "gathering," according to Media Police.
