Police: $3K in Items Stolen from 4 Stores

Four Delaware women were arrested in connection with the thefts, police say.

State Police made four arrests in retail thefts that hit four separate area stores.

Four Wilmington, Del. women, ages 52, 35, 18 and 16 were arrested in connection with retail thefts at about 5:21 p.m. on Jan. 17, according to State Police.

The women allegedly took $3,667.39 worth of merchandise from Sears, Kohl's, JCPenny and K-Mart without paying for the items, according to State Police.

The 16 year old allegedly resisted arrest and assaulted four State Troopers in the process, according to State Police.
