Police Investigate Retail Thefts from Kohl's

Trees were also stolen from an Edgmont Township nursery, police say.

The Pennsylvania State Police-Media Barracks are investigating several retail thefts. 

On Sept. 10, at Burrell Nursery in Edgmont Township, two Skip Laurel trees were stolen, according to State Police. The trees were valued at $300, according to State Police. 

On Sept. 2, at Kohl's at Granite Run Mall, two women removed $237.99 in miscellaneous items from the store without paying, according to State Police, and fled in a tan Buick Century. 

On Aug. 19, at Kohl's at Granite Run Mall, an unknown, white man stole $556.92 worth of merchandise from the store, according to State Police. 

On Aug. 20, at Kohl's at Granite Run Mall, a 14-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman, both of Chester, concealed items and walked out of the store without paying, according to State Police. The total loss was about $125, according to State Police. 

On Aug. 24, at Kohl's at Granite Run Mall, a 16-year-old woman from Upland Borough, stole $100 worth of merchandise from the store, according to State Police.
