Police Make Arrests in 3 Separate Mall Retail Thefts

State Police pursued one of the men on foot prior to his arrest, police say.

The Pennsylvania State Police-Media Barracks made arrests in three separate retail thefts at the Granite Run Mall recently.

A 37-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged with retail theft, resisting arrest and attempting to escape in connection with stealing headphones and clothing from Kohl's at the Granite Run Mall, according to State Police. 

A Kohl's Loss Prevention agent witnessed the theft and notified police at about 6:10 p.m. on Oct. 23, according to State Police. 

The man ran and police pursued him on foot and arrested him after he attempted to escape, according to State Police. 

At Sears at the Granite Run Mall three juvenile men from Aston were arrested in connection with taking $99.99 worth of items from the store on Nov. 8, according to State Police. 

And on Nov. 11, a Yeadon woman was arrested in connection with a retail theft at Kohl's at the Granite Run Mall, according to State Police.
