Blotter: $6,000 Worth of Bras, Panties Stolen from Victoria's Secret

Here is a list of recent incidents in Middletown and Edgmont townships reported by the . Anyone with information regarding any of these incidents is asked to call police at 484-840-1000. If arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

Retail Theft— at the at about 9:57 a.m. on June 5. A 23-year-old Newtown Square man attempted to leave the store without paying for the merchandise, according to State Police. He was arrested, processed and released.

Criminal Mischief—Elwyn Pharmacy parking lot between June 2 and 3. Police were called to the area for a vehicle that had broken windows and it was found that a 2007 Jeep, belonging to Elwyn Pharmacy, had two shot out windows, according to State Police. Shotgun wadding was found laying on the front drivers floor but a check of the area revealed no casings, according to State Police. The investigation remains open.

Harassment—Middletown Road in Edgmont Township at about 3:30 a.m. on June 2. A 30-year-old West Chester man touched a 24-year-old victim's leg, near her thigh, while she was asleep and the woman did not welcome the physical contact and told the man to stop, according to State Police.

Retail Theft— at the Granite Run Mall between 6:45 and 9:30 p.m. on June 2. An unknown person stole an estimated $6,000 worth of bras and panties, according to State Police. The crime occurred on June 2 but was not reported until June 4.

Burglary—Rampart East between 9 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on May 31. Unknown persons used force to gain entry to the residence and removed an AK-47 and about $2,190 in cash and jewelry, according to State Police.

Access Device Fraud— at the Granite Run Mall at about 8:28 p.m. on May 29. A 29-year-old Philadelphia woman used a stolen credit card to purchase items from the store, according to State Police. The woman was later apprehended at her place of employment on May 30.

Simple Assault—Darlington Park at about 7:30 p.m. on May 28. Several teens were at the park to swim when an argument started and four unknown men attacked three other men by punching and kicking them and spraying them with mace, according to State Police.
