State Police Blotter: Laptop Stolen from Middletown Montessori School

Retail Theft— at at about 11:25 a.m. on April 27. A 17-year-old Upper Darby man took a MP3 player and two sets of headphones from the store and left without paying for the items, according to State Police. The total value of the items was $80, according to State Police.

DUI—Baltimore Pike at Route 352 at about 10:09 p.m. on April 27. A Glen Mills man was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, according to State Police.

Burglary—Middletown Montessori School between April 26 and 27. Unknown persons entered an office and removed an Apple Macbook laptop valued at $1,499, according to State Police. There were no signs of forced entry into the office or the building and the office was open and accessible by staff and outside personnel during business hours, according to State Police. Anyone with information is asked to call police.

Disorderly Conduct—Delaware County Alternative High School at about 12:15 p.m. on April 26. Two juveniles threw food at each other in the cafeteria of the school, according to State Police. One juvenile pursued another juvenile in a threatening manner and one juvenile resisted arrest and was taken into custody, according to State Police. Charges will be filed in Juvenile Court.

Minor Two-Vehicle Crash—Route 352 at about 10:30 a.m. on April 25. A Toyota Corolla stopped for a red traffic signal and was rear ended by a Honda Pilot, according to State Police. The 43-year-old driver of the Toyota suffered a minor injury, according to State Police. The 20-year-old driver of the Honda was not injuried and was cited for following too closely, according to State Police.

Identity Theft/Access Device Fraud—Heilbron Drive on April 19. Unknown persons used the victim's personal information to make fraudulent purchases from AT&T, according to State Police.
