State Police Blotter: Minor Car Crash, Small Amount of Marijuana Found

State Police also reported another catalytic converter stolen off of a vehicle.

Here is a list of recent incidents in Middletown Township reported by the . Anyone with information regarding any of these incidents is asked to call police at 484-840-1000.

 

Drug Possession–Valley Road at approximately 12:08 p.m. on April 6. During an unannounced probation and parole check of Charles Mulloy, Jr., 21, of Media’s residence, a small amount of marijuana and a glass, smoking device were found, State Police said. Tara Ciampaglia, 20, of Newtown Square was also arrested after trying to conceal items from agents, State Police said.

Domestic Dispute/Assault–Fairview Avenue at approximately 9:20 p.m. on April 6. State Police responded to a domestic altercation at the residence and charges are pending for a 43-year-old woman from Media, State Police said.

Car Crash–Pennell Road near War Admiral Lane at approximately 5:29 p.m. on April 5. Three vehicles were involved in a minor car crash. A Volkswagen Jetta was traveling north on Pennell Road and a Toyota Scion was traveling behind the Jetta, State Police said. A Ford Mustang was traveling behind the Scion. The Jetta and Scion came to a stop for traffic, State Police said. The Mustang could not stop in a timely manner and rear-ended the Scion, which was then pushed into the rear of the Jetta, State Police said. All of the vehicles came to a final rest in their designated lane and there were no injuries, State Police said. All of the occupants of the vehicles were wearing seatbelts, State Police said.

Criminal Mischief–Black Horse Lane between April 3 and 4. An unknown person damaged the victim’s mailbox outside of her residence at the curbside, State Police said. The person fled and the victim discovered the damage the following morning, State Police said.

Theft–Elwyn Train Station between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on March 31. An unknown person cut the catalytic converter off of the vehicle, State Police said.
