State Police: Man Discovered in Restaurant Bathroom with Suspected Heroin

responded to the on Baltimore Pike for a report of an unconscious man in the bathroom at approximately 11:56 p.m. on March 24, according to State Police. 

Police discovered a 23-year-old Brookhaven man attempting to inject heroin while inside the bathroom, according to State Police.

Police recovered a hypodermic needle and multiple baggies of suspected heroin from the bathroom, according to State Police.

The man was arrested in connection with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, according to State Police.
